Payment
Both cash and cheque (with bankers card) are acceptable forms of payment. Cheques should be made payable to your designated ironer.
Special Treatment
If there are any garments that need special treatment, please let the ironer know on collection otherwise they will iron to their own professional standard and style. It is preferable to the ironer that the washing is given to them in a bag or basket to ensure all items are kept together and returned to you in the same condition in which they were collected.
Collection and Delivery
We run a flexible collection and delivery schedule. Therefore, if the times are not convenient for you we will try and adapt them to suit. However, in some circumstances there may be an extra delivery charge if this time is unusual and outside the driver’s schedule.
Please note: Should the customer not be in at the arranged time of collection or delivery, we may make an additional charge of £5.00 for re-collection / re-delivery.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that any garments are damaged, compensation will be offered based on the item. We will ensure that the customer is happy with the compensation and will be confident in using Pressing Engagements again.
Changes to our Policies
Pressing Engagements reserves the right to change our Policies at any time and will inform customers of any such changes.
